What it is
Telomy is a preventive-health platform built in India. Reports, wearable data, sessions, medicines and life events sit on one timeline, and the same record is shared with the member's doctor and longevity clinic.
How it works
A four-stage loop. Measure: wearables, 24 lab-report types, daily events, habits and nutrition. Understand: the Telomy Score, eight organ systems and Sinc read it as one picture. Act: the doctor sees the same record and the clinic books the sessions. Prove: retests and daily data show what moved, and that result starts the next turn.
The AI
Sinc runs on Telomy LLX, Telomy's own small language model, on the phone. Trained engines do the arithmetic, LLX explains the result, and a number check throws away any answer that contains a figure not already in the member's record.
What is inside
A Python backend and a React Native app with three roles: member, doctor and centre owner. On-phone signal models for sleep staging and heart rhythm were ported to Swift and checked against their originals. It reads Apple Health, Google Health Connect and Samsung Health.
