What Kumar did
- Led the AGNEE platform as CTO, from its LED and driver design to its thermal architecture.
- Took it through design for manufacture and production in Noida, in two models.
What it is
AGNEE is Bonphul's professional full-body photobiomodulation system, and AGNEE PRO is the flagship with roughly twice the LEDs and power.
How it works
The user reclines between LED arrays that surround the body. The operator sets wavelength, intensity and session time on the touchscreen. Red light reaches the surface layers and near-infrared goes deeper, so mixing wavelengths covers several depths in one session.
Engineering
LED modules with their drivers, far-infrared heaters, centrifugal blowers, variable-speed fans and heat sinks carry the heat away, and three failsafe layers cover temperature, voltage and current, and intensity.
